Welcome to Hartland Apartments, situated on a beautiful country property just a few minutes South of Cassville on Highway 112. All units are 2 BR/1BA, featuring recent paint and flooring, quality stoves and refrigerators, electric heat, ceiling fans, 10-12,000 BTU AC units, and Rural Water service. Some units have washer dryer hook-up. These units are clean, quiet, and well maintained. Apartments are suitable in size for a single person up to a small family of 3 or 4, Water, Trash and Sewer are included in the rental rate. All apartments are set up for Cable/Broadband, Phone/DSL.
Party animals need not apply either! This is a family oriented property and children are welcome. Our tenants are a mix of young families and couples, a few singles, and a few retired folks. Everyone here respects their neighbor's privacy, peace and quiet, most of our tenants are working folks and expect to be able to get to sleep at a reasonable hours... so party antics are not encouraged or tolerated. If you're looking for a relaxing atmosphere, you've just found it.
All apartments require a 12 month lease at $700 per/month plus a $700 deposit. If a small pet is approved by landlords it will be an additional $50 per/month. We will require 2 prior landlord references and check your employment references.
